In trading on Friday, biotechnology shares were relative laggards, down on the day by about 5.2%. Helping drag down the group were shares of Omega Therapeutics off about 18.3% and shares of Skye Bioscience down about 17.8% on the day.
Also lagging the market Friday are drugs shares, down on the day by about 4% as a group, led down by Aileron Therapeutics, trading lower by about 16.9% and Eton Pharmaceuticals, trading lower by about 16.4%.
